2019-2020 Kids Club Enrollment Form

  • Fill out a registration form
  • Purchase a Just For Kids Club card in blocks of
    • 10 hours for $87.50
    • 25 hours for $206.25
    • 50 hours for $387.50
    • 100 hours for $725
  • Reserve your spot at least 24 hours in advance
  • Bring your child for a FUN day and when you pick up we will mark your card for however many hours they participated rounded up to the half hour.
  • Hours are good for 1 year from time of purchase
